Due to the CVID-19- please DO NOT attend the surgery to book appointments. Please ring the reception to arrange a telephone triage appointment. If the GP wishes to see you then they will arrange a face to face appointment for you.

We are now seeing patients in nurse/ HCA clinics at both Norman Road and Victoria HC (Purple sites).   You will be given an appointment time, and we ask that you do not attend earlier as you will not be allowed inside the building until the nurse/ HCA calls you in. Can you please ensure that you are wearing a mask or mouth covering when attending the surgery. If you have any signs of symptoms for Covid-19 do not attend the surgery.

Repeat prescriptions will be sent direct to your pharmacy.  We thank you for your co-operation. Please register to order your prescriptions on-line if you have not already registered.

The BOOK ON THE DAY appointments for the morning surgery are released at 09:00 and afternoon surgery at 14:00.

Telephone Appointments

These are available each morning and evening if you feel a face to face consultation is not required.  The doctor will call you back if you leave a contact telephone number with the receptionist.

Web Appointments

These are available to pre-book for both morning and evening. Ask at reception for a form to register for on-line booking

Emergency Appointments

These are available every day except Wednesday afternoon (Norman Road) and Thursday afternoon (Victoria Health Centre). We will do our best to get you the appointment you need.

Please tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination.

Some of the staff and doctors may be able to do translation, but please check with the receptionist when you book your appointment as an interpreter may have to be arranged for the consultation.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
