Together4healthcare Primary Care Network
Together4healthcare Primary Care Network are SIX separate GP Practices based in West Bromwich and Smethwick in Sandwell, West Midlands. Together we provide additional surgery hours during Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Appointments are booked by contacting your own Practice.

Communication and Accessibility
At Norvic Family Practice, we want everyone to be able to access our services and communicate with us easily.
If you have a communication, language, hearing, visual, learning or accessibility need, please let us know. We can make reasonable adjustments to help you access your care.
We can provide support such as:
- Interpreter services where required.
- Accessible information, including large print and easy-read leaflets
- Additional support or time during consultations when needed.
- Appropriate arrangements for patients with hearing, visual or other disabilities.
- Support for patients who find digital services difficult to use.
If you cannot use our online services
You do not need to be able to use the internet or online forms to access our services.
If you are unable to complete an online appointment request, please telephone the practice or speak to our reception team. Our staff can assist you and identify the most appropriate way for you to access care.
If you have any specific communication or accessibility requirements, please tell a member of our team so that we can record your needs and provide appropriate support.
We are committed to making our services accessible to all patients.
