Due to the COVID-19- please DO NOT attend the surgery to book appointments. Please ring the reception to arrange a telephone triage appointment. If the GP wishes to see you then they will arrange a face to face appointment for you.
We are now seeing patients in nurse/ HCA clinics at both Norman Road and Victoria HC (Purple sites). You will be given an appointment time, and we ask that you do not attend earlier as you will not be allowed inside the building until the nurse/ HCA calls you in. Can you please ensure that you are wearing a mask or mouth covering when attending the surgery. If you have any signs of symptoms for Covid-19 do not attend the surgery.
Repeat prescriptions will be sent direct to your pharmacy. We thank you for your co-operation. Please register to order your prescriptions on-line if you have not already registered.

Suspected coronavirus (COVID-19): Important information to keep you safe while isolating at home
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. You can participate in this group by either attending our meetings or utilising our virtual service. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather as many patients as possible from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
